If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how our return process works.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and in its original condition
• The bottle has not been opened or sprayed
• All original packaging, seals, and accessories are intact

We're unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances, as we cannot resell them. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@xyscent.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@xyscent.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
